VOD: Harvard Baseball Team Dances to ‘Call Me Maybe’

“Striiiikeee 3 and you’re OUT!” If that’s the case then send me to the dugout buddy, cause the Harvard Baseball Team knows how to party! Well, kind of.

I’ve never been much of a baseball fan, but these guys from Harvard have caught my attention and every other non-watching baseball fan out there, and no we’re not watching their stats; instead, we’re watching their dance moves.

The video features Harvard’s baseball team packed tight in a van. As Carly Rae Jepsen’s hit song, “Call Me Maybe”, begins one player sits in the back idly, as if talking singing to the guy sleeping to his right. As the video continues the baseball players multiply in a fist-pumping frenzy. Of course the guy sleeping in the back steals the show.

Throughout the entire video, you’re thinking, I know this guy sleeping is going to pop up and do something absolutely ridiculous, but nothing happens. A rap song comes on, and the team return to their normal selves… darn.

We should also take note that this video was uploaded on May 6th… it’s May 9th and the vid already has over 1 million views. Oh the power of Youtube. I’m just making an educated guess… the whole team will appear on Ellen next week straddling her coffee table… just a wild guess. Here’s your Video of the Day! Enjoy!
