Two Hot New Posters for ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’

Two new posters, one domestic the other international, for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo were released and boy do they look hot, edgy, and dangerous. This follows the release of the official green band trailer the US received this past week.

I’m going to take a strong guess and say that you probably won’t see these posters hanging in the mall anywhere. I’m not even sure if movie theaters are allowed to put them out in the lobby. They’re great posters, but I’m sure a lot of people will take offence to them.

Talk about committing to a character. What’s fantastic about director David Fincher is  his fearlessness of taking this film to the next level. That’s what makes a film stand out from the pack. And the fact that both Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig are involved is like putting the cherry on a perfect strawberry milkshake. Fantastic!

Official Synopsis:

“Based on Stieg Larsson’s posthumously published crime thriller trilogy, “The Millennium Series.” The book describes the mystery surrounding the long-unsolved disappearance of an heiress. A journalist recently dinged by a libel case and a young female hacker try to resolve it, stirring up bundles of personal and industrial corruption along the way.”

Directed by David Fincher, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo stars Rooney Mara, Daniel Craig, and Stellan Skarsgard. This film hits theaters on December 21.
